About Me

I grew up in the Northern Kentucky area and attended The Cincinnati School of Medical Massage a few years after high school. The next years were spent traveling and continuing to learn and work as a massage therapist. In 2016 we moved to Colorado to be closer to family and, of course for the mountains.

 

About My Practice

I love the work that I do and consider myself blessed to have a hand in helping people and their bodies to heal. I'm always excited to continue learning and integrating new skills and modalities in to my practice.

How I thrive

I love to travel and meet new people. I'd like to start taking cooking classes to learn new styles of cooking. My husband and I also love playing board games with our two young kiddos.
