About Me
I have been practicing Chiropractic since 1993. I am a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, and received my undergraduate degree from the University of Bridgeport. I was first introduced to Chiropractic at an early age. As a child I had asthma, along with many environmental allergies. My father relied on Chiropractic for relief from lower back pain, as he had broken his back while in the US Navy. At the urging from my father’s Chiropractor, I began receiving regular adjustments. Within 3 months my allergies were gone, along with my Asthma. This had a profound effect on my life and I decided then to become a Chiropractor.

 

About My Practice
I have postgraduate studies in Pediatric care, nutrition, and functional medicine. My emphasis is on prevention and maintaining a healthy spine and nervous system through regular Chiropractic care.

How I thrive
In my spare time I enjoy skiing, fishing and racing mountain bikes. I have completed the Leadville Trail 100 race 13 times, along with numerous other local and regional events.
